Subject, lightning, colors, contrast : perfect. I like the everyday thing, when you stop and "be there" and see, hooo, it is.
The composition is not totally satisfying for me, cannot get my finger really but, probably too much room in the bottom.
But I like the spirit (and no, I dont think it is gore, I am French and eat fish so end up with heads and entrails on the wood but my own knives are clean...)
